Exact sizes can not be guaranteed as banners can fluctuate up to .5″ per linear foot. Example: Finished size of a 10′ (120″) banner can be up to 5″ short.

Proofs will be sent to you for approval, at no extra charge.

Standard Text Banners usually ship within 2-3 business days after approval of your artwork and payment is received.

custom vinyl Banners are made of heavy duty 13 oz. Vinyl Fabric, and can last several years outdoors. However, proper handling, installation, and storage are critical and are out of our control. Therefore, we limit our guarantee to 90 days for any type of manufacturing defect or error.

Credits or refunds will be for the amount of the product purchased. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Normal Shipping is done via UPS Ground. Call or Email for other shipping options and pricing.

After product has shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline, you must request expedited shipping, at an additional cost, and terms from the shipping company still apply to lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. Please your order early, not last minute.

No refunds will be allowed due to shipping delays due to Acts of God or anything beyond our control.

If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement products will be shipped.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, and this usually takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
